I have quit smoking before (a few times!) but always end up back on it due to withdraw symptoms and cravings. I had my first session with Caroline only 3 days ago, and my session with her started having noticeable positive effects the very next day. After my first session with her, I had basically no cravings, despite a full-on day at work, which is a miracle in itself. What she does, works! I may go back for a follow up session but it was so effective that it may not be necessary.
